Take part now: Exhibition ‘Sacred Plants’

Eine weiße, blühende Lotosblume

Is there a plant that has a spiritual meaning for you? Or a spice that plays an important role in your family or religion? Do you feel particularly connected to a tree or is there a flower that inspires you? Whether through their healing powers, their special symbolism or their roots in certain traditions – tell us your story and become part of the ‘Sacred Plants’ exhibition in the Tübingen Botanical Garden!

Sacred Plants’ exhibition

Personal stories wanted

Together with the Tübingen Botanical Garden, the Global Ethic Foundation is planning the ‘Sacred Plants’ exhibition in the Tübingen Botanical Garden in 2025. We want to show plants that have a spiritual or religious meaning in different cultures and communities.

To this end, we are looking for people and their stories about the experiences, uses and spiritual-ideal meanings of one or more plant species. We would like to present their personal stories in the exhibition in the form of quotes and photographs. In order to show the greatest possible variety of plants, cultures and religions, we hope to receive a lot of feedback. This is the only way to represent the plurality of our society.

We are postponing the exhibition until 2026. You can still send us your stories by e-mail to angebote@weltethos.org
