Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components. The shipping costs are shown separately in the shopping basket.

Delivery within Germany and the EU:

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat-rate delivery charge of EUR 3.50 per order for the delivery of brochures and products. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

The price for the delivery is calculated based on your order and the delivery location. You will be informed separately after placing your order.

Orders from non-EU countries:

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat-rate delivery charge of EUR 3.27 per order for the delivery of brochures and products. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

The price for the delivery is calculated based on your order and the delivery location. You will be informed separately after placing your order.

Note to dealers:

The flat-rate shipping fee is [3,50] Euro. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the delivery charge can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher, but only lower in your favour.
